1. Trading Terms - Definitions

• Buyer: The person or company accepting the Seller's quotation or placing an order.
• Goods: Products supplied by the Seller, including parts or instalments.
• Order: Buyer's acceptance of a quotation or direct purchase.
• Customised Products: Goods specially made to Buyer specifications.
• Non-Customised Products: Standard products not tailored.
• Quotation: Seller’s written price offer.
• Seller: Triplast Ltd.
• Terms: These standard terms and any written special conditions.

2. Price and Payment

• Website orders are priced as per the site at purchase time.
• Catalogue orders follow the latest edition's pricing.
• Account holders' orders are processed automatically.
• Quotations are valid for 30 days.
• VAT and shipping charges apply unless agreed otherwise.
• Full payment is required before dispatch unless on credit terms.
• Credit payments must be made within 7 days.

3. Delivery and Title

• Delivery address must be specified on the order form.
• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
• Risk transfers upon delivery, ownership upon full payment.
• Next-working-day delivery for orders placed before 3:00 PM.
• Additional time and charges may apply for certain postcodes.

4. Availability

• Substitutions or refunds apply if stock is unavailable.
• Custom orders may vary by ±10% of total ordered quantity.

5. Cancellation and Returns

• Stocked items can be cancelled within 30 days.
• Returns are at the Buyer’s expense unless due to error or fault.
• Custom orders are non-returnable.
• Returns must be in original, unused condition.
• Refunds are processed after inspection.

6. Liability

• Claims for faulty goods must be made within 30 days.
• Shortages or damages must be reported within 3 days.
• Liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund.
• 6-month standard warranty applies unless stated otherwise.

7. Termination

The Seller may suspend or terminate the contract if payment obligations are not met.

8. Events Beyond Our Control

The Seller is not liable for disruptions caused by strikes, natural disasters, or supply issues.

9. General

• If any clause is deemed invalid, the rest remain in effect.
• These terms are governed by English law.
