Returning Stocked Items

If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied, return stocked items within 30 days for a refund, credit, or exchange.

How to Return an Item:

• Email us at sales@triplast.co.uk or call 0345 224 3691 to request a returns authorization.
• Include a copy of your invoice or a note with your order number.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Note: Refunds, credits, or exchanges are issued on a pro-rata basis. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Contact us within 30 days, and we will arrange a free collection.
