Free Next Working Day Delivery as Standard*

Place your order before 3 PM, Monday to Friday, and we’ll dispatch it the same day for delivery on the next working day. Orders placed after 3 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on Monday. This applies to Mainland UK orders only. See full delivery terms.

Mainland UK Delivery Terms*

Some remote areas may incur additional charges due to courier costs. We will contact you after you place your order to confirm whether you accept the charge or prefer a refund.

• Free next working day delivery across Mainland UK, with no minimum spend.
• We use Parcel Force, Yodel, and DX Freight for shipping.

Delivery Cut-off Times

• Before 3 PM (Monday - Friday): Dispatched the same day.
• After 3 PM on Friday or weekends: Dispatched on Monday.
• Note: Weekends and bank holidays are not working days.

Delivery Outside Mainland UK & Remote Areas

Additional charges and longer delivery times apply to these areas:

• Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles.
• Affected postcodes: IV, KW, PA20-PA78, KA27-KA28, PH4-PH50, HS, ZE, IM, BT, some AB postcodes.

Returns & Refunds

If you’re not satisfied with a stocked item, return it within 30 days for a full refund, credit, or exchange.

• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Email sales@triplast.co.uk for return authorization.
• Custom printed tape and bespoke items are non-returnable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at sales@triplast.co.uk or call 0345 224 3691.

We will arrange collection and offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost.
